Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear growth path at the Plano center.
Schedule is Mon–Fri 8am–6pm with some Saturdays; full-time preferred. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $21.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance to Senior RBT and BCBA tracks.
Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you're new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.
Schedule: Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, plus occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week (may vary by center).

Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership
