Hopebridge in Dublin, OH is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Earn $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience and RBT certification. We offer paid RBT certification, a professional development stipend, flat-rate pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Join a caring clinical team focused on children with autism, with opportunities for relocation and growth within our centers. Schedule is Monday through Friday with in-center celebrations and team activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and functional communication for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to promote skill development, communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and help children and families celebrate milestones.
