Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will implement evidence-based strategies, document progress, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors.

Roles offer flexible part-time options and opportunities for growth and training. Qualified candidates have a HS diploma or higher; degrees are a plus, and must be able to travel within a 30–40 minute radius using reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children or in behavioral health is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites within a radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autismand other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.

• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• FollowCortica'scrisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High Schoolor equivalent,bachelor’s or master’sdegree.
• Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
