Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with proof during hiring.
• Paid RBT training and certification provided.
• 18+ years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play and structured activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
