Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Montebello, CA seeks a motivated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll track progress, communicate with families, and implement behavior support plans.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits or 6 months of relevant experience or an active RBT certification, and must be available at least 3 days per week with after-school hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 6-months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Must meet a minimum availability of 3 days per week for at least 10 hours per week, with after 3 PM scheduling
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy
• Track client progress during sessions
• Strong communication with families and team
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure client safety
• Complete documentation using electronic devices and travel between locations
