Job summary

ACES in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or home-based settings, helping children build communication, social, and problem-solving skills.

You’ll stay engaged through evidence-based training, track progress with a company iPad, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth. This part-time role offers paid training, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Spanish language ability preferred.
  • Experience with children a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or home settings.
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using ABA techniques.
  • Track client progress using company iPad and data systems.
