ACES is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Round Rock, TX. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, support children’s communication and social skills, and track progress with our data systems. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, Spanish is a plus, and commitment to the paid RBT training program. Benefits include training, mentoring, and growth opportunities.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Earn a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus if you're already a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with an active or inactive certification (expired certifications do not qualify) and can attend our 2-week Main Training Program held Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM-7:30 PM.
New to the field? You may qualify for a $500 Sign-On Bonus by committing to our 4-week Main Training Program, held Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM-7:30 PM.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. If you're empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.
This is a part-time role, starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities to build additional hours up to 30 based on availability and business needs.
Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions. Responsibilities listed are illustrative and may change at ACES’ discretion.

*The pay scale provided is the hourly wage range ACES reasonably expects to pay for clinical work (i.e., direct treatment services) performed by team members in the position. ACES pays a different rate for non-clinical work (i.e., trainings, travel time, meetings, etc.) performed by team members, which is paid at 12.00/hour.
