ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is hiring a Behavior Technician in California to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings. You’ll help children develop communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based techniques.
The role is part-time, starting around 15 hours per week, with opportunities to add hours. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid RBT certification, extensive training, and career growth within a supportive team.
Candidates with an active or inactive RBT credential are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus when they provide open availability Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM + Saturday: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM, allowing for a schedule of 30+ hours per week.

Experience working with children is a plus, including backgrounds such as camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or childcare volunteer—but all applicants are welcome.
