Job summary

ACES seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings, helping children build communication, social, and problem-solving skills through evidence-based ABA techniques.

You will reinforce positive behaviors, track progress on data systems, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth. A paid training program and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Passion for supporting children and families affected by autism.
  • Comfort using tablet-based technology.
  • Availability during times most needed by families.
  • Reliable transportation in-state with a valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
