Join ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) as an ABA Behavior Technician. Pay and Location
Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Pay range (clinical work): $21-$27/hour (based on experience). Non-clinical work (training, travel time, meetings, etc.) is paid at $16.50/hour.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children with autism in centers or home-based settings.
- Reinforce positive behavior using therapeutic techniques learned in training.
- Track client progress and growth by maintaining electronic health data on a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Good judgment in responding to situations common among clients
- Effective and compassionate communication with children and caregivers
- Interest in a rewarding career serving children; prior experience in camps, childcare, or education is welcome
- HS Diploma or GED; one college course completed or in progress (trade/tech applicable)
- Willingness to learn and comfort with tablet technology
- Reliable transportation for commuting to locations as needed
- Schedule flexibility to meet families’ needs
