Job summary

ACES, a leading autism care provider, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or home-based settings and track child progress using data systems. You’ll reinforce positive behaviors and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, empathy, strong communication skills, and comfort with tablet technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology.
• Reliable transportation and State driver’s license with insurance.
• Availability during times most needed by families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings
• Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from our industry-leading training program
• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth
