Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Westminster, CO. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time position with paid training and RBT certification coverage.

You will follow treatment plans, help children learn through play, stay active in sessions, and ensure a safe, organized therapy space. Growth opportunities exist within ABC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No prior experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
