Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play, games, and evidence-based strategies.

You will work in homes, centers, or community settings, following personalized plans created by our clinical leaders, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Vaccinations (MMR and Varicella) per CA mandate.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and complete training.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or GED

Flexible availability (especially Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)

Willingness to complete training and documentation

Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client
