BK Behavior in Nevada, MO is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join a supportive ABA team. This role focuses on one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with flexible part-time hours and a commitment of at least 6 months.

No experience? Paid training is provided. RBT certification required before working. You’ll record data, collaborate with a clinical team, and help children achieve their goals with compassionate, patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
