Heartland Behavior in Grandview, MO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. We’re looking for candidates willing to commit at least six months and to work in clients’ homes or community-based settings on a part-time schedule.

You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services, support skill-building, and track progress. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required, and paid training is provided.
