Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA-focused team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based settings, supporting independence and behavior goals.

As part of our clinical team, you will implement skill-building plans, record data electronically, and collaborate with families to ensure positive outcomes for children with Autism. Training is provided, with part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
