Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in the United States (South Carolina) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles.

Part-time positions are available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and all roles support children with autism. Work is 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA; training is provided to become an RBT, and there are Student Analyst paths as well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
