Bluewater Technologies Group, Inc. is seeking an Installation Technician (Entry Level) to assist in the installation of audiovisual systems as a full-time employee. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

The position is based in Indianapolis, IN, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime, including weekends or holidays as needed. The role supports the Integration team under the Installation Supervisor, learning to read AV prints, cable pulling,

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft suite).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Must be comfortable in a stressful atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the successful installation of audiovisual systems.
• Study to read Bluewater Construction and AV flow prints.
• Learn proper cable pulling techniques and labeling.
• Mount displays, projectors, speakers, screens, and cameras.
• Train on ladders, lifts, and power tools safely per OSHA.
• Other duties as assigned.
