Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking an Automotive Wheel Technician in Cary, NC. No experience is required as training is fully paid, including travel, food, and transportation.

You’ll start with paid training at $21.00/hour, then move to a commission-based, uncapped earnings model as you build your customer base. You will travel to customer locations, service vehicles, remove tires and wheels, repair cosmetic damages, and refinish wheels to like-new condition while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors.
• Strong customer service and sales skills to interact with customers and build accounts.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks; able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to service vehicles.
• Remove tires and wheels from vehicles.
• Use grinding and sanding tools to repair cosmetic damages (curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation and bent wheels).
• Paint and refinish wheels to a like-new condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote our services.

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$21.00/hour
