Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee, is hiring General Service Technicians in Sharonville, OH. You’ll learn automotive services with paid training, install tires, perform rotations, balancing, and safety checks along with a guaranteed base wage plus weekly bonuses.

No experience is required; we train motivated individuals and offer a path to ASE certification, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the Mavis family.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
• Provide best-in-class automotive service while learning with paid training.
• Assist with shop operations and customer service as needed.
