Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services, including mounting and balancing tires and oil changes, while delivering outstanding service.

Starting with on-site training, you will work with experienced technicians to expand your skills, maintain guest satisfaction, and adhere to safety policies in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and other maintenance tasks.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Provide excellent guest service and clear communication with customers.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and operate vehicles safely.
