Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in the United States. This entry-level role supports a wide range of vehicle service tasks and participates in a team dedicated to high-quality workmanship.

Starting at $13.20–$19.80 hourly, full- and part-time positions are available with day-one benefits, training, and opportunities for ASE certifications as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and service tires.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers; inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs.
