Job summary

Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will mount/balance tires, perform oil changes, and learn preventative maintenance. A driver’s license and legal work status in the U.S. are required. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
U.S. work authorization without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

Learn basic automotive services: mounting/balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters replacements, and more.
Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional automotive services.
Deliver clear guest communication and feedback about vehicles.
Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending.

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Shift Information

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
