Schomp Automotive Group is seeking motivated Entry-Level Technicians who are ready to learn from experienced professionals and develop into skilled Automotive Technicians. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you succeed.

You'll perform oil changes, routine maintenance, multi-point inspections, and tire service while learning manufacturer guidelines as part of a team focused on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependability and willingness to learn.
• Interest in building a career in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to continuously improve your technical knowledge and skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in automotive is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Rotate, balance, and inspect tires.
• Identify maintenance needs and make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Work with a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
