Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company seeks an Entry Level Automotive Technician in Memphis, TN to gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

You will train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional automotive services, including tire mounting/balancing and oil changes, while maintaining a strong focus on guest service and teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training

Responsibilities

• Learn how to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional automotive services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, clear communication, and teamwork.

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Shift Information:

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
