Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Nashville, TN, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You’ll learn to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, and more, perform routine maintenance, and service tires. This full- and part-time role includes day-one benefits, an ASE certification path, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks knowledge.
• Valid automobile driver's license maintained at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers, check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
