Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Technician in Burnsville, MN to perform routine maintenance and inspections on customer vehicles. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a climate-controlled shop environment.

You will perform oil changes, inspections, and reconditioning tasks while using our digital tools and adhering to Walser’s core values. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, 401(k) with match, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs., and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Prior oil changes and/or automotive school or training preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be able to work well with a partner.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes the following maintenance: Change oil and filter, Tire inspection and repairs, Bulbs, Lubrication of chassis, body, front end and drive train, Belt inspection and replacement, Hose inspection and visual inspection of other parts, Brake inspection, adjustment and cleaning, Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs).
• Utilize Truvideo/Estimate Tool and other duties as assigned.
