Job summary

Just Tires in Illinois is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to learn basic services under Goodyear's coaching. You will mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and perform preventative maintenance while gaining hands-on experience and training.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, focusing on guest satisfaction and teamwork. No prior automotive experience required; training is provided; base pay reflects entry level and candidates must be able to work weekends and some

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to learn new technologies and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Experience in automotive maintenance not required; training is provided.
• Able to work retail hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services: mounting/balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Learn from mid- and senior technicians to expand service offerings.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and vehicle feedback.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies during vehicle care.
