FPC (FORTUNE PERSONNEL CONSULTANTS - Orlando Office) is hiring a junior Quality Engineer for an automotive manufacturer in Central Indiana. You will sit with a Senior Quality Engineer and the Quality Manager to learn the role in the plant, starting with APQP on new programs and reviewing first-article parts with Manufacturing Engineering.

You will learn 8D and 5-Why problem solving, assist in assembling quality data for customers, and work within IATF 16949 documentation, audits, and daily plant

Qualifikationen

• Recent ME / MET / IE / IET grad with a real plant internship or co-op.
• APQP, PPAP, quality paperwork, or basic quality stats is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work APQP on new programs.
• Review first-article parts and quality data off new lines with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Learn and use 8D and 5-Why when something goes wrong.
• Help put quality data together for customers.
• Work inside IATF 16949 — docs, audits, and day-to-day plant quality.
• Help fix quality issues on current production.
