Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Technician. This entry-level role supports a team servicing vehicles, with full-time benefits starting day one and a tool program discount.

You will learn to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles.

Qualifications

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Install and maintain tires, batteries, and shock absorbers.
• Read and write basic automotive service notes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
