Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a college graduate for an entry-level position in automation and information systems. You will design and implement automation and electrical control systems interfacing with manufacturing equipment, adding value through real-time data and scalable solutions.

The role includes travel to client plants, collaboration with engineers and designers, and growth into leadership of project teams while leveraging a broad tech stack such as DCS, PLCs, Rockwell, Siemens, and Aveva.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field related to engineering, controls, or systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation systems.
• Design and develop electrical control systems interfacing with process equipment and sensors.
• Architect solutions using technologies from database to AI to UI tools.
• Provide clients with real-time, actionable process information.
• Develop quality code according to RoviSys and client standards.
• Work in a team environment with engineers and designers.
• Grow into leading a team of engineers and technicians for automation and information solutions.
• Travel to client plants to assess and document systems.
