Job summary

LUTHER WHITE BEAR ACURA SUBARU is seeking an entry level auto technician in Minnesota to perform inspections, tire service, fluid checks, wheel alignments, and pre-delivery inspections.

This role offers hourly pay with incentives, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and accuracy under tight timelines.
• Capable of following directions and working independently.
• Physically able to walk/stand for long periods.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend services based on findings.
• Inspect fluid levels and perform needed fluid flushes.
• Check tire pressures and replace tires as needed.
• Perform wheel alignments using Hunter equipment.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.

Entry Level Auto Technician

$18-$30/hour (Incentive-Based)

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend services based on findings
• Inspect fluid levels and do fluid flushes as needed
• Check tire pressure and replace tires as needed
• Perform wheel alignments on Hunter equipment
• Complete pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
• Willingness to follow direction while working independently
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
