This entry-level role offers hands-on experience working on customer vehicles and a clear path to learn, earn manufacturer training, and advance into higher-level technician positions.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with possibilities to grow to $70,000–$100,000+ annually as you build skills and your career within the family-owned company serving the region since 1937.

Qualifications

• Entry-level technician position; no prior automotive experience required but preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow manufacturer training.
• Ability to learn vehicle maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations and balancing
• Fluid inspections and maintenance
• Multi-point vehicle inspections
• Battery, filter and other maintenance services
• Basic brake repairs
• Proper documentation of inspections and repairs
• Manufacturer-recommended maintenance
