Job summary

Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician in Arkansas to perform light maintenance and initial inspections during vehicle reconditioning. You’ll work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech inspection center and participate in a structured training program to progress skills and pay as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Some positions may be subject to an MVR check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct the initial inspection on vehicles.
• Identify imperfections or repairs needed during reconditioning.
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s inspection centers.
• Contribute to the overall reconditioning process to ensure quality vehicles.
