Reagle CDJR in New Jersey is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to join our Service Department. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and clear growth opportunities within the dealership.

You will perform basic vehicle maintenance, assist senior technicians, and learn diagnostic systems in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. A high school diploma and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level automotive experience or technical school training is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.
• Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics.
• Replace filters, bulbs, batteries, brakes, and wiper blades.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
• Properly use dealership tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership repair standards.
