Job summary

Carvana is seeking Automotive Mechanics in the Portland area to join our inspection center team. As an Entry-level Technician, you’ll perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial inspections on our vehicles to identify needed repairs during reconditioning.

The role offers competitive pay of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, two shifts with mandatory overtime, and perks like 100% company-paid health premiums, generous PTO, ASE and tool reimbursements, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must lift up to 60 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• MVR check may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial inspection.
• Identify repairs needed during reconditioning process.
• Work with high-tech tools in inspection centers.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
