Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, TN is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a collaborative service team and provides training from day one to build automotive repair skills.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and participate in a program offering ASE certifications and growth opportunities within a supportive, equitable workplace.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
