Job summary

Midas General Service Technician in Columbus, OH is seeking motivated individuals for our state-of-the-art service center. No automotive experience is required; we provide PAID TRAINING and a clear path to ASE certification.

This full-time role offers a competitive base pay plus significant weekly bonuses, a 5-day work week with Sundays off, plus benefits like health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities for growth within the Midas/Mavis family.

Qualifications

• Candidates with automotive exposure are preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn tire, wheel and general vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Reliable team player with strong work ethic and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations and balancing.
• Perform tire repairs and other basic preventive maintenance to keep vehicles safe.
• Earn weekly bonus payments on top of base pay; participate in paid training.
