Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of Bridgestone Americas and operates over 2,200 stores including Firestone Complete Auto Care. The Maintenance Technician is an entry-level role joining a strong team to service vehicles with full and part-time benefits from day one.

Compensation ranges from $14.37 to $22.45 per hour and includes pay for training and ASE certifications. This position emphasizes learning diagnostics, basic repairs, tire services, and road testing, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
