Job summary

Bridgestone Americas-based Firestone Complete Auto Care is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join an active team servicing vehicles. This entry-level role offers full and part-time options with benefits from day one, including tool program discounts. The role focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, tire care, and basic repairs.

You’ll learn on-the-job with training, and be part of a culture that values quality service and teamwork. A driver’s license and basic mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
