Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician in New Jersey. This full-time/part-time role supports a team servicing vehicles, with a pay range of $15.84–$23.76 per hour and benefits available from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
