Job summary

Carvana is seeking a production teammate in Framingham, MA to prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, and buffing.

You will join a team with overtime potential to meet customer commitments. The role requires physical capability (lift up to 60 pounds), a valid driver's license, and English proficiency, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical production tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; MVR check may be required for some roles.
• Commitment to safety and use of PPE.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
• Overtime may be required to meet customer commitments.
