As an Autism Support Specialist / Behavior Technician (BT) with North Arrow ABA, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

What You'll Earn

• $18 - $23 per hour
• $500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work
• Monthly performance bonuses and annual raises
• Paid training, no gap in income while you learn

Schedule

We’re open Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM. Afternoons and after-school hours make this a great fit for college students, career changers, parents, and professionals seeking a rewarding role in behavioral health and autism services.
