Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to empower children through play, games, and evidence-based strategies that build communication, social, and life skills. Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow within a values-driven team.

You'll collaborate with families in homes, centers, and community settings, following clinical plans and celebrating progress as you support diverse learners toward meaningful milestones.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Willingness to complete training and documentation
• Ability to frequently sit and stand

Physical requirements may include but is not limited to:

• Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work
