Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one work with children diagnosed with autism to provide therapy services.
• Implement evidence-based behavior plans to teach social, communication, and life skills.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and learn from leaders in the field.
• Undergo regular performance reviews and wage increases every 6 months.
• Work in clinic spaces that foster collaboration and friendship among colleagues.
