Job summary

CU*Answers is seeking an Entry Level Audit Link Associate to help monitor transaction and employee account activity for multiple credit unions. This role supports compliance and financial oversight by completing scheduled reviews, identifying unusual activity, and communicating findings to credit union leadership.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that supports credit unions nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail, research ability and sound judgment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports and recommend when suspicious activity should be escalated.
• Monitor dormant account activity, file maintenance logs, and transaction reversals.
• Review wire transfer logs for abnormal activity and confirm required details are maintained.
• Review employee account activity and report concerns weekly.
• Review weekly reports and investigate any hits.
