Responsibilities include drafting and filing summons and complaints, appearing at settlement and status conferences, and visiting local courts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted or pending in Pennsylvania.
• Strong written and oral communication and research skills.
• Experience with lender-side default is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Appear at settlement and status conferences and other hearings as needed.
• Travel to local state courts as required.
