Eide Bailly in Salt Lake City, Ogden, or Lehi is hiring entry-level Assurance Associates for start times in August 2027 or January 2028. This is a full-time, in-person role with growth opportunities and hands-on client exposure in a supportive team environment.

Expected travel is 20-40% to client locations. A Bachelor's in Accounting is required, and you should be working toward CPA licensure. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Working towards CPA license is expected.

Responsibilities

• Attend client engagements to assist audit timelines.
• Research business trends to inform client solutions.
• Prepare accounting-related reports and assist with fieldwork.
• Provide financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve controls.
• Attend training for auditing software (Knowledge Coach).
