Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Worker for our client in Grantsburg, WI. The candidate will assemble components and perform quality checks, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Must be able to stand for full shifts and operate basic machinery.

The position offers a starting pay of $19–$21 per hour, with multiple shifts (6a-2:30p; 2:30p-10:30p; 10:30p-6:30a; Fri-Sun weekend). Weekly pay and potential conversion to permanent employment are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required to be hired on full time.
• Open to entry level candidates.
• Ability to stand in one spot for entire shift.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate machinery to either assemble or finish products.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
