Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist on the production line within the assembly area.
• Feed materials and components into equipment for processing.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
• Remove damaged or defective materials from the production line.
• Mark and identify parts as required.
• Read and interpret gauges and production indicators.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain consistent productivity to meet daily production goals.
• Produce high-quality work while following established procedures.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and line leaders.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented assembly environment.
• Lift and move boxes of finished goods as needed.
